Thousands of years ago, four evil monsters wreaked havoc in the mortal
realm until they were imprisoned by a group of elite magical warriors known
as the Shalen. To achieve victory the Shalen had to use a newfound power
known as the Wind Spell. Over the years the secret to using the Wind Spell
became lost. Meanwhile, hidden in the shadows, evil seeking to unleash the
monsters began to plot…
Several thousand years later, in the quiet village of Xiaoyanggang, a blind
man name Lang Ming lives alone with his mother. The two struggle to make a
living and fill the void left by his father who disappeared 13 years ago.
Lang Ming’s mother cares for him and her only desire is for his sight to be
restored. Suddenly Lang Ming’s vision is restored, but his mother also
mysteriously goes missing. With his new eyes he begins searching for his
mother, guided by a strange woman who offers her help at a price. Even with
his newfound sight he struggles to see who is friend or foe. His journey
unknowingly pulls him into the middle of a tug of war between two ancient
powers that threaten to tear him apart.
